I never received my order and the tracking only read shipping label created. I reached out 5 times to ask about the status and if I could be refunded if they would not process my order. They responded they would not refund since it was processed in their system, and would no longer respond about my order. BBB has MANY similar complaints about them, save yourself the time and hassle, do not order.
