Due to the nature of the postal service and lost deliveries, occasionally (less than 2% of the time) orders will be "delivered" but never reach our customers. We apologize for this tough situation as this has happened to us personally before.
While this situation is out of our control since the USPS is the only service option to handle our package types, we want to ensure our customers get what they pay for. Unfortunately, people have abused this system and so we no longer can offer this service for free; we ask you cover this nominal fee and we will re-send. This helps us cover about 50% of the cost and helps us deter any people abusing the system we had in place re-sending free of charge.
